中国周边的那些军事强国，到底哪个最强？

中国周边有许多军事强国，可以说亚洲的军事中心在太平洋西海岸，我们就来说说一下的国家中，哪个军事力量才是最强的？哪个是中国应当重视的？。（以下顺序不是排名）

俄罗斯（俄罗斯联邦）

俄罗斯联邦（俄语：Российская Федерация，英语：The Russian Federation），亦称俄罗斯，简称俄联邦、俄国，是由22个自治共和国、46个州、9个边疆区、4个自治区、1个自治州、3个联邦直辖市组成的联邦共和立宪制国家。国旗为白、蓝、红三色旗。国徽主体为双头鹰图案。俄罗斯位于欧亚大陆北部，地跨欧亚两大洲，国土面积为1707.54万平方公里，是世界上面积最大的国家，也是一个由194个民族构成的统一多民族国家，主体民族为俄罗斯人，约占全国总人口的77.7%。

俄罗斯联邦武装力量为俄罗斯的军队，其前身和主体为前苏联于俄罗斯的驻军。1992年5月7日，当时俄罗斯总统叶利钦签署建立俄罗斯联邦国防部的命令，并接管一切俄罗斯联邦境内之前苏联军队， 俄罗斯联邦武装力量正式成立。中文语境中常简称为“俄罗斯军队”或“俄军”。俄罗斯军队的最高指挥官为俄罗斯联邦总统，现任总统为弗拉基米尔·普京。

俄罗斯联邦武装力量被划分为3个军种(陆军、海军、空军)和3个独立的兵种(战略火箭兵，空天防御兵、以及空降兵)。

经过2008年的改革，俄罗斯陆军由过去的“军区—集团军—师—团”指挥模式改为“军区—集团军—旅—营”的指挥模式。截至2014年俄罗斯陆军主要编为10个集团军，另外还有若干直接由军区指挥的旅。

俄罗斯海军被划分为四大舰队和一支区舰队；

波罗的海舰队：司令部位于被他国领土包围的飞地加里宁格勒州的波罗的斯克。

太平洋舰队：司令部位于符拉迪沃斯托克（即海参崴）。

北方舰队：司令部位于北莫尔斯克。

黑海舰队：司令部位于乌克兰塞瓦斯托波尔。

里海区舰队：司令部位于阿斯特拉罕。

（注：俄罗斯海军之下亦辖有俄罗斯海军步兵，相当于各国的海军陆战队）。

截至2010年，国际战略研究所（IISS）估计，俄罗斯空军现役人员160,000人，在未来几年内，这个数字将减少到148,000。此外，伦敦国际战略研究所估计，俄罗斯空军现役飞机有4,000架以上。

俄罗斯空军现有指挥体制为“战役司令部-空军基地（旅）-大队（团）”。俄罗斯空军目前有7个战役司令部，其中第1空防司令部归西部军区指挥，第2空防司令部归中央军区指挥，第3空防司令部归东部军区指挥，第4空防司令部归南部军区指挥。

截至2010年俄罗斯战略火箭兵大约配备有800枚各式导弹和3000多枚核弹头，拥有俄罗斯60%以上的核武器。（网上说俄罗斯军事力量仅次于美国，是唯一可以与美国相抗衡的国家。）

2.日本

日本国（日语：にっぽんこく、にほんこく），简称日本，位于东亚、国名意为“日出之国”，领土由北海道、本州、四国、九州四个大岛及7200多个小岛组成，总面积37.8万平方公里。主体民族为大和族，通用日语，总人口约1.26亿。

日本军队称自卫队，是第二次世界大战后在美国扶植下重建和发展起来的。随着日本经济实力的迅速增强，日本军队建设得到长足发展，在“质重于量”和“海空优先”的建军方针指导下，自卫队已发展成为一支装备精良、训练有素、作战能力较强的武装力量。

截止2006年3月，日本总兵力编制员额33万人，其中现役军人25.2万人，文职2.4万人，预备役5.6万人。其中陆上自卫队约14.8万人，编为5个方面队，辖13个师和2个混成旅、1个空降旅，装备坦克1020辆，装甲车约980辆，各型飞机约511架，各种火炮7630门；海上自卫队约4.4万人，由担负机动作战的联合舰队和负责近海警备的5个地方队组成，装备各型舰艇142艘，39.8万余吨，飞机206架；航空自卫队约有4.5万人，主要作战部队为航空总队，辖3个航空方面队和1个航空混成团，装备各型飞机464余架，其中作战飞机361架。此外还拥有各式导弹28种。防卫厅机关和直属机构编制7000余人。2005年，驻日美军总兵力约3.6万人。

陆上自卫队：编制定员16.7383万人，实有兵员14.5928万人。编成5个军区、11个步兵师、1个装甲师、1个步兵旅、2个混成旅、1个空降旅、1个炮兵旅、5个工兵旅、8个防空导弹群。截至1999年3月底，共装备坦克1090辆(90型、74型)，装甲车710辆，自行火炮640辆，各型火炮6240门，各型飞机502架。

海上自卫队：编制定员4.5812万人，实有兵员4.3838万人。编有1个联合舰队，下辖1个护卫舰队、1个航空集团、1个潜艇舰队，另有5个地方队。截至1999年9月底，共装备各型作战舰艇140艘，总吨位约35.8万吨，其中驱逐舰、护卫舰53艘18.3万吨，潜艇16艘3.9万吨，扫布雷舰艇32艘2.7万吨；各型飞机215架。

航空自卫队：编制定员4.7266万人，实有兵员4.5223万人。编有1个航空总队，下辖3个航空方面队(各辖两个战斗航空团)、1个航空混成团、6个防空导弹群；1个航空支援集团；1个航空教育集团(下辖2个训练航空团、3个飞行教育团)；1个航空开发实验集团。截至1999年3月底，共装备各型作战飞机498架，其中歼击机358架、侦察机26架、预警机7架、运输机59架。

3.印度

印度共和国（印地语：भारत गणराज्य；英语：Republic of India），简称印度。位于南亚，是南亚次大陆最大的国家。领土东北部同孟加拉国、尼泊尔、不丹和中国接壤，[1]

东部与缅甸为邻，东南部与斯里兰卡隔海相望，西北部与巴基斯坦交界。东临孟加拉湾，西濒阿拉伯海，海岸线长5560公里。也是一个由100多个民族构成的统一多民族国家，主体民族为印度斯坦族，约占全国总人口的30%。

印度武装部队（天城文：भारतीय सशस्त्र सेनाएं，转写：Saśastra Sēnāēṃ）在印度共和国整体的军事组织而言，包括印度陆军、印度空军、印度海军，以及各种其他包括印度海岸防卫队、中央准军事部队和核战略司令部等支援服务机构。

印度保持世界第4大武装力量，估计常规部队总兵力有1,325,000人。印度官方的国防预算达到468亿美元，但实际支出的军事费用，估计远远超过印度官方的数字统计。印度武装部队正在迅速扩大和现代化，在未来将有军事航天计划，目前则是正在积极开发导弹防御系统和强大的核武军事能力。

印度陆军总兵力113万人，编有5个军区，4个集团军12个军部35个师(3个装甲师、4个平原整编师、18个步兵师、9个山地师和1个炮兵师)以及15个独立旅(7个装甲旅、5个步兵旅、2个山地旅和1个空降/突击旅)、1个“普里特维”地地导弹团、4个防空旅和3个工兵旅。上述部队包括59个坦克团(营)、355个步兵营(其中包括25个机械化步兵营、8个空降营、3个突击营)、190个炮兵团(其中包括1个重炮团、2个火箭炮团、50个中型炮团{内含11个自行炮团)、69个野战炮团{内含3个自行炮团)、39个山地炮团、29个高炮团)、2个地空导弹大队，(每个大队含3-5个导弹连)、15个地空导弹团。陆军航空兵编有22个直升机中队(其中5个反坦克中队)。

印度海军拥有55000人，其中有5000名海军航空兵和2000名海军陆战队，是印度洋第一大海军。编有东部、西部、南部和远东3个地区司令部，东、西2支舰队(分别驻维沙卡帕指南和孟买)。另编有潜艇司令部(驻维沙卡帕特南)和海军航空兵司令部(驻果阿)。印度海军拥有各类船舰155艘，包括2艘航空母舰，2艘船坞登陆舰，5艘坦克登陆舰，11艘驱逐舰，19艘护卫舰，19艘潜艇，其他战斗支援舰20艘，以及导弹艇、巡逻艇、扫雷艇、登陆艇等其他作战舰只。

印度空军兵力12.7万人。装备各型飞机约1400架(其中作战飞机777架)、直升机180架(其中武装直升机34架)。计有17个攻击战斗机中队（53架米格－23BN/UM型、88架“美洲虎”、148架米格－17型、79架米格－21MF/PFMA型)；

4.韩国

大韩民国（韩语：대한민국），简称韩国，别称南韩或南朝鲜。位于东亚朝鲜半岛南部，总面积约10万平方公里（占朝鲜半岛总面积的45%），主体民族为朝鲜族，通用韩语，总人口约5041.85万（2014年）。首都为首尔（旧称：汉城；谚文：서울）

韩国国军是韩国的军事武力，除韩国预备军外，还包含陆军、海军、海军陆战队和空军。 韩国2012年国防支出将近33万亿韩元（约合290亿美元），占国内生产总值的2.59%；2013年预算为34.3453万亿韩元，占国内生产总值的2.4%；2014年预算为35.7057万亿韩元，GDP占比不详

陆军 56万人。编有3个集团军、12个军、47个师、21个旅。 主战坦克：总共2330辆。

海军 6．3万人(含陆战队2．8万人，雇佣兵约1．9万人)。编有3个舰队司令部。

海军航空兵 编有3个反潜中队，装备有16架作战飞机、43架直升机。其中，S-2E型反潜机8架，P-3C型反潜巡逻机8架，SA-316型直升机10架，"大山猫"和 "超级大山猫"型直升机11架，MD500型直升机22架。

5.越南

越南社会主义共和国（英语：Socialist Republic of Vietnam，越南语：Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam），简称越南（Vietnam），是亚洲的一个社会主义国家。位于东南亚的中南半岛东部，北与中国广西、云南接壤，西与老挝、柬埔寨交界，国土狭长，面积约33万平方公里，紧邻南海，海岸线长3260多公里，是以京族为主体的多民族国家。

越南人民军于1944年12月22日建军。实行主力部队、地方部队和民兵自卫队组成的三结合“全民国防”体制。国家国防与安全委员会主席由国家主席阮明哲兼任，政府总理阮晋勇任副主席。目前总兵力约为50万，其中陆军35万，海军近3万，防空－空军5万。实行义务兵役制，服役年限2－4年不等。年均国防预算约10亿美元。

陆军

编制41.2万人。划分为8个军区、2个特区，编有14个军部、纪个步兵师、3个机械化步兵师、10个装甲旅、15个独立步兵团、若干个特种作战部队(含空降旅和爆破工兵团)、约10个野战炮兵旅、8个工程兵师、10-16个经济建设师、20个独立工程兵旅。越陆军采取区域部署和机动部署相结合方式，全国由北向南划分为8个区域，每个区域部署1个军区；担负战略机动作战任务的野战部队部署是北部、南部地区各占一半；总兵力的50%部署在北部地区，40%部署在西南部地区，10%部署在中部地区。

编制4.2万人(含海军陆战队2.7万人)。海军由北向南沿海岸线划分为4个区域，每个区域部署1个沿海区；主要作战舰艇部署在岘港、金兰湾和胡志明市等中南沿海地区。越拥有海军基地11处(万华、锦普、鸿基、河修、海防、岘港、芽庄、头顿、金兰湾、胡志明市和归仁)

编制3万人，编成3个航空师，2个攻击机团，6个歼击机团，3个运输机团，3个教练机团，4个高炮旅，6个雷达旅；有雷达阵地100处，地对空导弹发射阵地66处，作战飞机共189架，武装直升机26架。防空-空军将全国划分为北、中、南3个防空作战区，重点保卫主要城市和地域；总兵力的45%部署在北部作战区，32%部署在南部作战区，27%部署在中部作战区。空军基地15处(内排、安沛、克夫、和乐、建安、寿春、岘港、富吉、藩朗、边和、新山一、波莱古、绥和、金兰湾、朱莱)。
