很久没有发表文章了，以为很难通过新手期了！

今天突如其来的一个通知，头条告知本人通过新手期！

也算是一扫昨天休息日诸事不顺的阴霾吧！

新的一周，新的开始，通过新手期的第一篇文章！

来谈谈美国的小费文化吧！

在美国，服务行业都需要顾客支付小费，虽然这不是什么硬性规定，但早已在美国根深蒂固的成为一种文化，那么什么样的服务需要支付小费呢？

大部分由人工参与的服务都需要，比如餐饮业，美容美发，休闲按摩等等！

小费的给予能让你收获更好的服务，同时也是对服务人员的一种肯定！因此是否给予小费，以及金额多少也是在美国生活中一个不可避免的问题！

今天主要和大家聊的是本人目前从事的中餐馆小费情况，美国的餐馆除了本土美食外，还包罗万象全世界各种菜系！这和美国是个移民国家，大杂烩似的融入各个国家移民不无关系！

中国人在外面买的餐馆仅限于中餐馆吗，其实不是的，很多的日餐店也大部分是中国人开的，更具体点的说是福州人开的！

福州人属于来美中国移民的中生代，于是他们接过了早期广东人和台湾人干的活，在美国扎根，开始了最简单也是最辛苦的原始积累，干餐馆，开餐馆，开巴士，运营巴士公司等等！而作为前辈的广东人，台湾人由于来得早，融入的也早，开始从事相对轻松的开药房，面包店，诊所，超市等相对轻松的工作！他们的后代也很多入职美国公司，而作为近些年逐渐增多的北方人，由于语言方面的限制，以及自身就是打算干几年快钱回家的想法，很多自始至终都没没有想过融入美国，他们更多的是在福州人开的餐馆里打工谋生！

福州人开的餐馆有其自己一套适用于中国人的规矩，就是企台（也就是waiter/waitress）没有工资，只有小费！完全依赖客人的给予赚取工资，而老板只是提供给你上班打小费的一个平台，而你除了服务客人以为，还需无偿的做老板认为你该干的（久而久之成为了餐馆规矩的活）反正基本上班十至十二小时不得闲，纯体力劳动！美国上班工作强度不是在大陆时可以想象的！

在这样情况下，中国人做的企台工对于小费的看重，那是毋庸置疑的，没有小费还不得饿肚子！那是不是所有人都会给小费呢，既然这是美国的一种文化！或许你会有这样的疑问！

答案是否定的，美国三教九流的人多了去，有给的好的，有不好的，还有不给的！

大部分白人还是可以的，土生土长的美国文化接受者和传承者，当然不排除个别的可能性，黑人就没有那么友好了，经常性的不给，导致企台一看见黑人就头大，因为他们不但不给钱，还很不卫生，吃东西浪费，卫生也做的很糟糕，他们离开时往往一片狼籍……

还有南美人，他们大部分都是偷渡来美，大多数也存在语言不通的问题，他们的小费也不好，但是不给的现象还没有黑人那么严重，因为他们没身份，没语言，怕事，但他们会偷偷摸摸的趁企台不在抬腿就走！

亚洲人也是美国移民的一大组成部分，他们的小费也很不好，印度人，中国人，韩国人，越南人，犹太人等等！

往往企台特别是那种轮流按人数接客人的店，企台往往看到非白人的就有点不大情愿接单，因为生怕白忙一场空或者是屈指可数的小费，别说人家现实,人家可是指这个吃饭的！

所以有的小费太不好的店，或者是有的黑人区，杂区，学生区附近的店，为了防止企台打不到钱辞工的现象，进行一系列的措施来应对，总体就两个方案，一是老板包薪，二是从客人餐费里强制收取一定百分比的小费！

但这样的店还是少数，绝大多数还是企台靠客人养活！

这是迄今为止，我收到的最好的小费，不是他的小费特别多，而是消费29，给小费却40哈！
