职位描述：

1.具备专业的同类产品知识；
2.倾听，理解和传达客户需求；
3.与客户保持专业的业务关系；
4.前往项目现场进行机器启动，调试，集成和培训服务；
5.负责设备的安装，调试，升级，维修和保养;
6. 能够独立，有效地专业，及时地处理客户现场机器的要求;
7.与研发团队合作，完成对机器设备的相关测试和验证；
8.提供正在进行中与未来项目的状态报告；

工作要求：

1.至少持有电气，机械，自动化，光学或其他相关资格的文凭/学位/工程硕士学位。
2.在自动化设备或激光加工设备的机器安装，安装，维护和调试方面至少有3年的工作经验，能够独立快速地处理设备故障;
3.拥有良好的沟通能力，认真严谨，耐心，负责，团队合作精神；
4.愿意出差;
5.精通英语和普通话（口语，阅读，写作和翻译），以便与说英语和普通话的客户和同事沟通。

Job Description:

1.Maintain expert level of product knowledge;
2.Listen, understand and convey customer requirements;
3.Maintain professional business relationships with the customer;
4.Travel to project sites to perform machine start-up, tuning, integration and training services;
5.Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, upgrade, service, and maintenance;
6.Able to work independently and effectively to handle requirements on customer site machines in a professional and timely manner;
7.Cooperate with the R&D team to complete the relevant testing and verification of the machine and equipment;
8.Provide status reports of the ongoing project and future projects;

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree/Master of Engineering in electrical, mechanical, automation, optics or other relevant qualifications.
2.At least 3 years of working experience in machine setup, installation, maintenance and commissioning of automation equipment or laser processing equipment, capable of handling equipment failures independently and quickly;
3. Good communication skills, careful and rigorous, patient, responsible, and good teamwork;
4.Willing to travel domestically and overseas when required;
5.Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Speaking, reading, writing and translation) to communicate with English and Mandarin speaking clients and colleagues.
