S/he will assist in the following
. Business analysis and review of financial information to help our Deals team
. Coordination and tracking of the key initiative and objectives progress
. Development and maintenance of deal dudiligence (key investor clients’ and prospects profiles, competitor and marke intelligence, research on risks and opportunities across different industries)
. Assist team with day-to-day responsibilities
. Research on different industries
其它要求：
. Current college student, or recent college graduate in a business related major (preferably Finance) with strong interested in Financial Analysis and investment Banking
. Outstanding reasoning, analytical, technical mathematical and language abilities;
. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; S& Capital IQ or Pitchbook is a plus
. Must have excellent work ethic and ability self-motivated
