Kaenyama Sushi& Yakiniku是我们今天要试吃的餐厅。作为一家在湾区开业多年的知名日式餐厅，他们这次对菜品做了升级大改造，把过去的铁板烧升级成为了广受湾区吃货欢迎的日式烤肉——Yakiniku！这家餐厅刚开不久，便刷爆了楼主的各个社交网站，身边已经有很多朋友去试过这家店的，并且都赞不绝口的！俗语说，闻名不如见面。今天，我带着3位妹子（其中一位还是日本妹子哦！），一起为大家探探店吧！
  


一进门就只能用2个字形容：“豪华！”方眼过去，就能感觉这是一家很有档次的餐厅哦！！现代风的装潢，分为吧台区和包厢区。我们约在周五的中午一点半，店里的上座率却有一半，作为工作日午餐来说，再加上这个店面积特别大，所以我觉得生意相当不错，令我对食物更有信心了。但是根据服务生描述，晚上基本都是full house，要预定才有位置的!（温馨提示：来店之前，记得先预定哦，毕竟吃烤肉时间挺长的！）店装来几张！

一坐下来，店里的经理就为我们介绍他们家的肉！对的，这里的牛肉是大家慕名而来的原因！因为他们引进了日本顶级和牛A5 Wagyu 和Kobe Beef Gold等多种市面上少有的优良肉种！而他们的A5 Wagyu更是有认证证书的！还没开始吃，就已经听得我们都一脸兴奋！
  


开业期间，有三个特惠套餐供大家选择，分别是78、100、138的套餐，据服务生的介绍，78的套装也包含很多牛肉，但是A5牛肉不在里面。而138的套装是以海鲜船（包含龙虾、大虾、生蚝等等）为主的，虽然也有Kobe Beef，但是也是没有A5 Wagyu。于是我们最后选择了100刀，以吃牛肉为主的套装，价格比单点的更实惠！100刀套装包含了沙拉，米饭或面（3选1），服务生推荐和牛饭，所以我们就点了，还有Chef choice的牛肉（前菜），还有十几种不同的肉给你选择里面包含牛舌、牛排、鸡肉、猪颈肉等等（这个是10+选5），当然少不了主菜A5 和牛和Kobe Beef。

正主来了！这个就是被誉为牛肉界中的“劳斯莱斯”的A5 Wagyu啦 ！！！！无论从肉的色泽，“雪花”分布的情况，都相当吸引人！即使只是用最简单的海盐撒在上面烤，就能带出丰富的层次感！入口即化，但口感丰富却毫不油腻，脂肪比例无可挑剔，果然有证书的就是不一样！！
  


日式烤肉的乐趣就是自己动手！听着肉在铁板上发出“滋滋”的声音，真的好期待啊！由于和牛比较珍贵，所以还是应以原味为主，适当撒上些盐就可以品尝了。
  


后来上的牛肉太多了，我们已经分不出来什么是什么了！反正只能用好吃来形容了！这是套餐的全貌！全部都很好吃，而且味道都不一样，我们按照店家介绍的顺序来吃，更能体验各个不同牛的部分带来的满足感，每种放在嘴里都是不同的味蕾享受。
  


  


值得一赞的无烟烧烤炉，真的保持了良好的通风状态，吃完不至于满身烧烤味，哈哈。

  

配着牛肉的特制酱料！左边是配海鲜或者蔬菜吃的特制芝麻酱，而右边的是秘制牛肉烧汁，用来点牛肉，真的一级棒！
  


这个是我最爱的和牛饭！来这里的亲们真的千万不要错过了！！带有浓浓的蒜香，这个秘制和牛饭同时还带有牛油的甘香，感觉一个人都能吃完一整份啊！
  


服务生还在我拍完照之后帮我们把饭拌好，分装在小碗里面，这里的服务也是杠杠的！！（而且服务生是帅哥美女！！）好评！
  


我们加点了一份的Corn Cheese，也是不错的一个选择哦！
  


顺带科普一下：由于日本饲养的和牛，对饲料和品质控制非常严谨，每只和牛在出生时便有证明书以证明其血统。日本和牛是当今世界公认的品质最优秀的良种肉牛，其肉大理石花纹明显，又称“雪花肉”。由于日本和牛的肉多汁细嫩、肌肉脂肪中饱和脂肪酸含量很低，风味独特，肉用价值极高，在日本被视为“国宝”

和牛分为A1到A5几个等级，而A5 Wagyu牛肉更是和牛中的顶级。只有达到A4,A5,以上的才有资格使用和牛的标示，因此日本和牛更被称为牛肉界中的“劳斯莱斯”。

饭后，套餐里面还有赠送S’More的材料，让大家动手烤哦！这顿饭可是让减肥已久的妹子们破功了，哈哈，又是大量好吃的牛肉，又是甜点什么的！

平时吃棉花糖和巧克力都会觉得甜到腻，但是吃完那么多牛肉之后，再动手做一个Smore，反而觉得刚刚好！
  


饭后，经理说今天有新的甜点，顺便也让我们试吃！哇，真的好惊喜！每道都那么漂亮！分别是Cheese Cake，巧克力心太软，黑森林蛋糕和柠檬蛋糕！每一款都好用心去装饰，而且味道都不错，我们4个一齐分享了全部的蛋糕，大家一致认为酸酸的柠檬蛋糕是最好吃的，可能因为刚吃饱了肉，吃点酸的，帮助消化！！其他的稍微有点甜腻，可能因为我们是吃太多了！哈哈！
  


  


  


  


吃完来个小总结吧！这次的试吃品质真的是出乎了我的预料！看得出来Kaenyama真的下了很大的功夫去改进，提升店的整体水平，而不是“旧瓶装新酒”的噱头！特别是从店的装修、服务态度方面有了很大的提升，作为一家开业多年的老店，能在这上面花时间改进，真的很不容易！而在和经理、服务生的闲聊中分别得知，他们每周都有对服务生的考核，更不惜成本，组织他们新品试吃，为的是让他们能亲自感受之后，把各种肉质告诉给每一位客人，让他们能真正体验到和牛和日式烧烤的魅力！和我一同而来的日本妹子，也对这个店赞不绝口，说真的很有日本的风味！而从分量来说，我们4个女生吃，分量也刚好，人均也大概是30左右，对于这样的品质，这个价格，我们觉得性价比很高，是绝对会再去的店！
