Tour Operator Responsibilities (not limited to):
        ?       Making arrangements for transport, accommodations, tours and activities
        ?       Informing partner agencies details of tour packages and promotions. Help them to finalize sales
        ?       Collecting deposits and balances
        ?       Performing general administration tasks
        ?       Dealing with and documenting complaints in an efficient and diplomatic manner


Qualifications:
        ?       Associate or Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience
        ?       High School diploma required
        ?       Legally able to work in the United States.
        ?       Bilingual (Proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English). Cantonese speaker will be a plus
        ?       Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on telephone communication
        ?       Intermediate computer skills required (Microsoft Office) and ability to quickly master new technologies
        ?       Exceptional Customer Relations experience and organizational skills. Proven working experience as tour operator a plus.


Tour Guide Responsibilities (not limited to):
        ?       Organize tours by groups or individuals in coaches, cars, or on foot. Escort individuals or groups on sightseeing tours, or through places of interest such as public buildings, art galleries and museums etc.
        ?       Check for valid passenger tickets and confirm passengers have boarded correct vehicle.
        ?       Describe tour points of interests to group members, and respond to questions
        ?       Provide and maintain a safe environment for passengers throughout tours
        ?       Finalize all the details with the tour group or their representative, including itinerary, accommodation, dinning options, payment methods etc.


Qualifications:
        ?       Associate or Bachelor Diploma preferred or equivalent experience
        ?       Legally able to work in the United States.
        ?       Ability to comfortably speak in front of large groups of people
        ?       Bilingual (Proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English). Cantonese speaker will be a plus
        ?       Awareness of personal hygiene and dress codes
        ?       Broad personal travel experiences and a sense of humor preferred
        ?       Exceptional Customer Relations experience and organizational skills. Skilled driver will be a plus


Accountant Responsibilities (not limited to):
        ?       Plan for projects, and carry out financial data analysis and forecasting
        ?       Observe financial activities of projects, and generate reports, monthly and periodically, of all expenditures
        ?       Evaluate transactions to ensure they comply with the terms and conditions of projects
        ?       Evaluate and pass financial transactions


Qualifications:
        ?       A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business
        ?       Legally able to work in the United States.
        ?       Bilingual (Proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English)
        ?       Strong experience working with Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
        ?       Ability to keep confidential highly sensitive company plans and data
        ?       Strong oral and written communication skills
