Duties and Responsibilities
- Must speak Chinese
- Network and server setup, configuration and administration
- Hardware and software support for 100 PCs and devices
- Active Directory and Group Policy management
- Exchange account creation and management of mailboxes and distribution groups
- Provide remote support for users and offices spread across US and China
- Maintaining and troubleshooting network and server issues
- Configure and support 200 VoIP phones spread across all offices
- Work with staff, management and vendors for current and future issues/ projects
- Support and maintain ERP system
- File servers and backup management
Skills and Requirements
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, access points and switches
- Microsoft Server 2000 － 2012, Windows XP － Windows 10
- Microsoft Exchange 2010 administration
- Active Directory Domain Services
- Remote Desktop Services
- Generating reports with SQL
- Cisco Call Manager and VoIP technologies
- Be able to physically lift and install various computer, networking and cable equipment
- Provide off-hours support to remote users
- MSCE preferred but not required
- At least 2 years relevance experience
- Be able to read and write Chinese preferred
- Be able to travel to different offices if required
