华人工商大展凸显“民以食为天” 回味家乡的味道

1月14日洛杉矶华人工商展食品街上，可以找到不少具有中国地方风味的美食、小吃。（侨报记者章宁摄）

【侨报记者章宁1月15日洛杉矶报道】“民以食为天”是华人的传统文化特色之一，即使身在洛杉矶，依然处处体现出华人对美食文化的重视，尤其逢年过节。

刚刚过去的周六、周日连续两天正值一年一度的洛杉矶华人工商大展，在展会期间，美食依然是最吸引人的主题之一。

在美食一条街，各地小吃品种繁多。一户卖米粉的干干净净的小商户说今年第一次来摆摊，当时有一位中年女士在煮粉，收银的小伙子戴着眼镜斯斯文文，一看就是学生模样。一早开张仅两个客户，女士就把粉煮错了品种，小伙子着急地叫了出来，“妈妈，没有人要红烧肉粉啊！”顾客们哈哈地笑，并不介意煮错，还是照样拿走，逢年过节，大家都是华裔，图个热闹高兴。

小伙子介绍说这里摊位租金大约1000多美元，来这里是因为在工业市刚开了店，希望宣传推广。

在华人自己的节日里回味家乡的味道是不少华裔家庭参与大展的原因之一。在美食厅里，李女士全家6人与亲戚一家不期而遇，他们说没想到会在这么人多热闹的地方遇见家人。李女士说离开中国北京20多年，在洛杉矶，华人自己的过年集会、能遇见许多“当年怀旧小吃”的机会当然不像在中国那么多，几乎每年都会和老公带着父母、公公婆婆来凑个热闹，“不过，我们的几个孩子不是特别愿意来，他们生在这里长在这里，对我们的传统小吃不会像我们这样，很怀念。”

虽然华裔年轻一代对中国美食可能不像前辈有特殊情感，不过，吸引着年轻一代美国人来参与大展的另有其他节目：动漫。相比于2017，今年有更多的Cosplay群体加入，好像从动画屏幕中走下来的Cosplay年轻人哪里热闹去哪里，哪里有人关注去哪里，巴不得人人愿意和他们拍照留影。

几个年轻人七嘴八舌地介绍说，去年已经有很多朋友听说来凑热闹，今年更是聚集了好几拨朋友们一起来玩。
