聚焦华人故事 “2017华时代全球短片节”在北京闭幕

12月3日，首届华时代全球短片节闭幕式暨颁奖典礼在北京举行。现场众星云集，除了以梁静丶徐冰丶黄璐等为代表的来自中国文艺界的人士以外，也有国际人士出席。

除了表达对本次短片节严谨丶包容的评选理念的肯定，以及对华语电影前所未有的探索意义的赞扬以外，一些嘉宾也谈到了关于中国文化走出去的现状和未来。

“现在的中国文艺片是越来越难了，投给这块的钱也越来越少，大部分都还是投给商业电影，”被称为“文艺片女王”的中国演员黄璐对《侨报》记者说，“但我总体还是比较乐观的态度，你看美国的电影市场也是经过了很多年的改革。”

黄璐同时也是华时代短片节的大师评委，据她介绍给她印象最深的一部参赛作品是台湾音乐人李宗盛为New Balance拍摄的广告片《每一步都算数》。该片荣获本次短片节商业创意单元——“白银时代”最佳短片。

短片节颁奖嘉宾丶中国摇滚乐队“二手玫瑰”的主唱梁龙则对记者表示，从建队之初到现在，他们一直在推动中国摇滚乐向外走。该乐队曾去往美国巡演，在此过程，发现其实很多美国人对中国并不了解。

“现在中国人走出去，所以给人感觉，中国文化也走出去了，但你在国外你还是会发现（这些作品）还是华人在听，所以我们更需要影响的是国外的朋友们。”“我们也在做一个规划，以后不但要在国外演出，也要和当地的学校丶音乐人丶相关机构进行深入的文化交流。”

作为全球首个以华人影像为主的短片节，“华时代”短片节由中国海外交流协会和华加视频（HUAPLUS）于2017年8月发起，并于10月在洛杉矶好莱坞中国剧院开幕。随后，相继在伦敦丶纽约丶东京和悉尼举办巡展活动。

短片节主办方——美国新视野公司总裁毛泽宗在闭幕式致辞中表示，华加视频作为全球最大的原创华人视频资讯平台，通过举办华时代全球短片节，希望降低内容创作门槛，同时也希望展示生活在世界每一个角落中国人的物质精神状态。

据主办方介绍，华时代全球短片节已成为聚集海内外华人原创短片数量最多的竞赛评选活动。在启动全球征片的活动后，共收到2137部短片作品，作者来自全球131个国家和地区，其中海外华裔作者812人，大陆地区作者913人。
