　　1丶揉眼皮
　　以两手拇指轻按开双侧眼皮上，然后旋转揉动，顺逆时针各揉20次。有消除眼痛和明目的作用。
　　2丶按太阳
　　用两手食指端分别压在双侧太阳穴上旋转，顺逆时针各揉按10～15次。有止痛醒脑的作用。
　　3丶叩牙齿
　　口轻闭，上下牙齿相互轻叩20～30次。有防止牙齿松动脱落，促进消化功能的作用。
　　4丶磨鼻背
　　用拇指背用力磨擦双侧鼻背至局部发热。有助于通气，预防感冒。这是长寿秘诀之一。
　　5丶浴头
　　两手掌心按住前额，稍用力擦到下额部，再翻向头后两耳上，轻轻擦过头顶，还复到前额，这算1次。
　　共擦10次，接着用指肚均匀轻揉整个头部的发根十次。能调和百脉，使气血不衰，面色红润，减少皱纹。
　　6丶扣攒竹
　　用拇指弯屈的突出部左右交替叩击双侧攒竹穴(位于眉头陷中)，每穴15～20次，用力以微感不适为度。有消除额痛丶眼胀丶恢复视力疲劳等作用。
　　7丶旋眼睛
　　端坐，两眼向左旋转5次，然后向前注视片刻，再向右旋转5次，前视片刻。对保护视力极有好处。
　　8丶点睛明
　　以两食指分别点按双侧睛明穴(眼内角内上方0.1寸)15～30秒，以微感不适为度，有止眼痛和明目的作用。
　　9丶干洗面
　　两手互相指并拢，由额向下洗脸20～30次。有醒脑丶降压的作用。
　　10丶假梳头
　　两手指尖接触头皮，从额到枕后，从头顶到颞侧进行梳头，以头部有热感为度。有醒目丶止痛丶降血压的作用。
　　11丶鸣天鼓
　　两手掌心紧按两耳孔，两手中三指轻击后枕部10次，然后掌心掩按耳孔，手指轻按后枕部不动，再突然抬离，接连开闭放响10次，最后两食指插入耳孔内转动3次，再突然放开。这样算做1次，共做3～5次。有醒脑丶增强记忆丶强化听力丶预防耳病的作用。
　　12丶揉胸脯
　　以两手掌按在两乳外上方，旋转揉动，顺逆时针各揉10次。有加速血流，减少胸肌疲劳的作用。
　　13丶抓肩肌
　　以右手拇指丶食指丶中指配合捏起左肩肌，左手则捏起右肩肌，交叉进行，各10次，有松肩去疲劳作用。
　　14丶点膻中
　　以拇指肚稍用力压两乳头连线中点处(即膻中穴)，约30秘后突然放开，如此重复5次。有豁胸丶顺气丶镇痛丶止喘作用。
　　15丶苏华盖
　　端坐，心神宁静，深吸一口气，然后慢慢呼出，重复10次。有吐故纳新，健肺顺气，改善呼吸功能的作用。
　　16丶豁胸廊
　　两手微张五指，分别放于胸前两旁的胸壁上，手指端沿肋间隙从内向外滑动，重复10～15次。有开胸顺气丶止痕止喘作用，还有助于长寿。
　　17丶舒大肠
　　一手叉腰，另一手五指张开，指端向下，从心口窝，沿脐两旁向下腹部，再向右向上至右肋下再向左。即沿大肠走行方向擦揉10次。有疏通大肠丶增进消化丶预防便秘的作用。
　　18丶分阴阳
　　以肚脐为中心，两手虎口相对，平置于脐眼左右，两手向内向外揉抚，共10次。有顺气丶消胀丶增进消化功能的作用。
　　19丶揉环跳
　　坐位或站位，左拇指端揉左侧环跳穴(股骨大转子与骶管裂孔连线的外1/3处)，再用右手拇指端揉右侧环跳穴，交叉进行，各10次。有通经活络，壮筋强足作用。
　　20丶搓腰眼
　　两手紧按腰眼，用力向下搓到骶尾部，左右手一上一下同时进行，共30次。有壮腰强肾丶防治腰痛的作用。
　　21丶甩双手
　　两臂自然下垂，向前向后甩动30～50次。有放松肩丶臂丶腕丶指关节，通畅气血，增强手臂功能的作用。
　　22丶捶两肩
　　左右手握空拳，在对侧上肢从肩到手腕扑打共20～30次。有通经活络丶灵活关节丶防止关节炎及手臂酸痛的作用。
　　23丶顶十指
　　两手掌心相对，左右手指用力相顶共10次。有活动指关节，促进手部功能的作用。
　　24丶捏虎口
　　以右手拇丶食指捏左手虎口，再以左手拇丶食指捏右手虎口，各10次。有增进手部功能，治疗头面部疾患的作用。
　　25丶旋膝盖
　　两手掌心紧按双膝，先向外旋转10次，再向内旋转10次。有驱逐风灵活筋骨丶增强膝部功能以及防止关节炎的作用。
　　26丶擦大腿
　　两手抱紧一侧大腿根部，用力下按到膝盖，然后擦回大腿根部，来回共20次。有促使关节灵活，增强腿肌，防止腿病等作用。
