02.合法大麻注意事项

21岁及以上的伊利诺斯州居民将被允许持有和使用30克大麻花，5克浓缩大麻，以及500毫克四氢大麻酚，这些四氢大麻酚是一种大麻制品，比如糖果或巧克力蛋糕。

非伊利诺斯州的居民可能拥有一半。大麻对21岁以下的未成年人来说仍然是非法的。


禁止在公共场所吸食大麻，包括公园丶学校丶其他政府大楼，以及21岁以下的人周围，或任何其他人能看到的地方，包括自己的院子里。

任何土地所有者，包括房东丶企业丶学院和大学，都可以禁止在他们的办公场所使用大麻，雇主可能会采取零容忍政策，禁止工人在他们的系统中使用四氢大麻酚。


由于大麻在联邦法律下仍然是非法的，联邦土地上和联邦雇员在工作时禁止使用大麻。这意味着，在联邦政府资助的机构，比如从联邦医疗保险(Medicare)和联邦医疗补助计划(Medicaid)获得大笔资金的医院丶芝加哥住房管理局(Chicago housing Authority)等公共住房，以及联邦政府颁发执照并提供保险的银行，一般也禁止大麻。


在机动车辆丶船只或飞机上不允许使用大麻，大麻必须放在密封的容器中，在驾驶时不能接触。地方政府可能不会禁止拥有或使用大麻，但许多郊区会禁止大麻企业在其管辖范围内经营。


所有这些限制意味着大多数想要使用大麻的人应该在家里使用。允许在出售该产品的认可药房和烟草休息室等专用场所吸烟。
