美国加州16岁日裔少年，疯狂屠杀6人死伤  
一, 事实  
美国又爆发校园枪击案，洛杉矶以北的Saugus高中周四早上发生枪击案，凶手在校园里行凶，导致两死四伤。据洛杉矶郡消防局称，至少6人被送医治疗。洛杉矶郡警方在推特上指出嫌犯是穿着黑色衣服的亚裔男性，已证实是该高中的一名16岁日裔混血学生。昨天正是他16岁的生日，他选择在生日当天开枪，并将最后的子弹留于自己，目前生命垂危。  
  
二，法律  
1. 需全面禁枪，而不是控枪  
根据美国宪法第二修正案，“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed”. 为了限制强势的专制政府，为了防范政府权利膨胀侵害公民权利，赋予公民拥有反抗的武器的权利，人民持有和携带武器的权利不得侵犯。让美国全面禁枪禁不了，但我个人认为只有禁枪，才能杜绝这类事情的发生。照这个趋势发展下去，今天是在校园，明天可能在商场，在公园，在家附近发生枪击都不为怪。宪法第二修正案的前提目的是为了杜绝一个专制的政府，让政府不敢乱来。如果政府专制，老百姓有枪的话就可以来抵抗。但这种现象现不存在，原因有二：  
(1) 老百姓有选举权  
如果政府专制，美国是选举制度，老百姓可以自己选举  
(2) 不但可以选，还选的上  
老百姓可以自己做州长丶市长丶市议员，甚至美国总理， 换句话说，老百姓不需要通过暴力武装革命，完全可以通过选举自己成为政府，何必非要弄得头破血流，流离失所呢？  
美国宪法不仅明确规定了“美国人民有推翻暴政的自由”，甚至更加直白的指出，“当美国政府用枪对准人民的时候，美国人民可以用枪来推翻政府”。这话听起来好像是在宣扬“以暴制暴”，但对于普遍拥有着成熟丶理性的公民意识的美国民众来说，合法持枪者施展暴力的可能性其实并不大。  
  
2. 人性复杂危险，尤其是青少年  
大部分人的观点是“多数人是好人，少数人是坏人”，这种观点我认为是错误的，每个人都有成为坏人的潜质，这完全映射到15,16岁的青少年群体中。因为参加黑社会帮派正是在这个特殊的年龄段，我听闻过很多人13,14岁就去参加华青丶竹联丶四海等帮派，老大做什么都要跟着去，耳濡目染积极成为中间分子。再比如说非洲有专门成立Children Army, 在最疯狂的年龄，一帮青少年从一张白纸，逐渐被染上了墨点。想必大家对《小丑》有所耳闻，小丑代表着每个被悲惨社会阶梯压制丶最终走向彻底疯狂的犯罪者。人类整体不可能永远保持健康，也因为人本性中从来都有着残忍与冷酷的一面，而小丑就是这一面的代表，我们无法去否认他的存在。所以很多人一辈子不犯罪，不是因为他不能，而是因为他所处的环境不需要他冒险这么做。而该案件中的青少年会在校园行凶，想必是他对生活的失望日积月累，才激发出这个疯狂念头。  
  
3. people kill people，with guns  
注解：不是枪杀人，是人杀人，但是人要持有枪，有了枪才能杀人。为什么中国几乎没有枪击事件，那是因为我们没有枪。那是不是意味着中国人的素质比美国人要高？ 不一定。唯一能解释美国大规模枪击事件频发的理由就是允许持枪，同时美国还是世界上对购买枪支者身份丶所能购买枪支的种类管制最松的国家。美国人口占全球总人口约4.4%，却拥有全世界42%的枪支，且经研究发现，全世界大规模枪击案凶手有31%是美国人，这对中国民众来说，美国的 “不禁枪” 是难以想像的。  
那么对于美国频繁发生的枪击案，各位看官怎么看？  
1. 支持持枪，有枪最起码能保护自己  
2. 绝对要禁枪，走在路上都害怕被枪杀
