【芝加哥侨学网报道】中国国家象棋队代表团12月18日访问芝加哥，芝加哥象棋总会热情接待代表团一行，并组织16名芝加哥本地棋坛高手与中国象棋国手赵鑫鑫、汪洋二人「车轮战」，以棋会友，切磋交流。

本次中国国家象棋队代表团，由中国国家体育总局棋牌中心象棋部副主任、中国象棋协会副秘书长、世界象棋锦标赛冠军得主郭莉萍率领，成员包括世界象棋锦标赛冠军鑫鑫、汪洋、张国凤等六人。代表团一行还特别为刚刚结束的2013年芝加哥中国象棋公开赛前三甲颁奖。

当天活动在中国城希林艺术学院举行，芝加哥中国象棋总会会长钟雷、副会长黄达明，以及芝加哥地区众多棋艺爱好者，对中国国家象棋队代表团莅临芝加哥表示热烈欢迎。领队郭莉萍副主任，首先向大家介绍了代表团一行。

郭莉萍表示，代表团一行刚结束对休斯敦的友好访问，抵达冰天雪地的芝加哥，芝加哥这裡气候虽然寒冷，但侨胞们的热情却让大家倍感温暖。郭莉萍指出，国家象棋队代表团本次访美之行，旨在通过与全美各地华人交流棋艺，弘扬和传承象棋文化，让更多的人通过象棋瞭解中国，喜欢中国。郭莉萍特别指出，她很高兴看到芝加哥有这麽多喜爱中国象棋的朋友，而且还有专门的象棋协会，她希望中国国家象棋队今后能推出更多与芝加哥地区的交流活动。
芝加哥中国象棋总会会长钟雷，对中国国家象棋队第二次访问芝加哥表示热烈欢迎，钟会长表示，象棋总会的成立，旨在倡导积极健康的文娱休閒，发扬堪称国粹的中国象棋文化与传统，丰富侨胞们的业余生活。

钟雷表示，中国国家象棋队每次访问芝加哥，都让芝加哥地区的象棋爱好者凝聚一起，促进大家的交流。

由芝加哥中国象棋总会主办的「2013年象棋公开赛」日前刚刚落幕，谭明章、邓慧东、梅辉分别荣获冠、亚、季军。在中国国家象棋队代表团访芝之际，特别由领队郭莉萍，象棋国手鑫鑫、汪洋，分别为本次象棋公开赛前三甲颁奖。

颁奖仪式之后，是芝加哥地区象棋爱好者期待已久的以棋会友「车轮战」。十六名芝加哥地区的象棋高手当晚特地从芝加哥各地区赶来，早早摆好棋盘，正襟危坐，期待与远道而来的象棋国手过招儿。

代表团派出鑫鑫、汪洋两位年轻的象棋特级大师应战，各自均为一对八的「车轮战」。这种难得一见的棋坛盛事，吸引了众多棋艺爱好者围观，度过一个节日般的欢快夜晚。中国国家象棋队代表团一行，已完成对洛杉矶、三藩市、休斯顿的友好访问，芝加哥为代表团访美之行的最后一站。 （图文：芝加哥侨学网 ）
