【芝加哥侨学网报道】华人互助会耆英俱乐部9月25日在北华埠隆重举行庆祝中秋节暨庆生会，各界嘉宾与耆英俱乐部的老人家们欢聚一堂，温馨热闹的《生日快乐》歌、精彩的文艺表演、惊喜连连的抽奖活动，让社区耆老提前感受到浓郁的中秋佳节氛围。

驻芝加哥台北经济文化办事处处长葛葆萱、新闻组长曾伟明，侨教中心主任阎树森，芝加哥第20警察分局局长梅卓卿（Lucy Moy），华人互助会创办人黄怀德、荣誉主席黄于纹，中华会馆主席徐学明，芝加哥台湾同乡联谊会会长项邦珍等嘉宾出席，祝福老人家们生日快乐，并致予中秋佳节的问候。

当日活动由华人互助会耆英俱乐部负责人黄仲山主持，华人互助会荣誉主席黄于纹致欢迎词。葛葆萱处长表示，很高兴在中秋佳节即将到来之际与华人互助会的老人家们欢聚一堂，他祝福老人家们身体健康、万事如意。葛处长表示，华人互助会30多年来服务移民社区，精神可嘉，值得敬佩，祝互助会会务蒸蒸日上。

芝加哥华侨文教服务中心主任阎树森在致辞中首先祝福当季寿命们生日快乐、祝老人家们节日快乐，他表示，希望今后侨教中心进一步加强与大家的联系，促进侨务工作的发展。中华会馆主席徐学明也向老人家们表达了诚挚的祝福与问候。

荣誉主席黄于纹当天特别介绍了华人互助会新主席余雪兰女士（Lisa Abrams），余雪兰已在华人互助会担任义工长达14年，参与互助会青少年计划、耆英俱乐部等诸多会务活动。余雪兰主席当天向大家表示诚挚问候，并希望大家通力合作，继续做好互助会各项社区服务工作。

当天的活动得到众多社区人士与商家的支持与赞助，社区文艺爱好者许广青为老人家献上“孔雀舞”，刘晔倾情演唱《康定情歌》，与会嘉宾还一起合唱《耆英俱乐部之歌》，让全场气氛热闹温馨。特别值得指出的是，“台湾黎音合唱团”的姐妹们，当天身穿节日盛装出场，为老人家演唱《生日快乐》，《月亮代表我的心》，《甜蜜蜜》等歌曲。担任演唱指挥的欧纯妃表示，在中秋佳节即将带来之际，黎音合唱团祝大家人圆月圆，健康快乐。

耆英俱乐部舞蹈班的老人家们，当天也特别推出华尔兹舞等节目，为佳节聚会助兴。除精彩的文娱节目之外，主办方还准备了奖品丰盛的抽奖活动，让大家收获惊喜与好心情。耆英俱乐部负责黄仲山，当天还特别介绍了互助会与伊州州务卿办公室联合推出的驾照更新等便民服务，以及10月4日（5:30 pm）即将在南华埠富丽华酒楼( 2828 S. Wentworth Ave, Chicago,IL)举办的华人互助会筹款餐会，他呼吁大家届时积极参加。
