珍爱健康远离熬夜吧，千万不要拿命去换钱，因为换着换着，有可能就把命搭上了。

最近刷微博，看到一条扎心的消息：漂亮的90后姑娘小楚被查出晚期胃癌淋巴转移。

因为小楚的父亲也是患胃癌去世的，考虑到胃癌的家族遗传性，医生建议他们姐弟做检查。没想到他们两个人的胃里都发现了肿块。

所幸，弟弟的为良性，只需服药治疗即可；姐姐的为很早期的胃癌，目前已经做了手术，目前恢复得还不错。

不按时吃饭，生活不规律

现在的年轻人有一个通病：很多人吃饭一点也不规律。

因为时间来不及，早上不吃饭，经常空腹上班，因为是个手机控，经常边吃边玩，时间久了肠胃功能紊乱，慢慢地发生了病变。

朋友小楠20多岁，刚参加工作两年，前几天胃不舒服去医院做了检查，结果是胃炎。他在微信上跟我说的时候。

我说：“活该，谁让你不好好吃饭，这是身体对你的反抗，一定要重视起来。”我说完后，小楠并没有反驳。

小楠经常不吃早饭，生活不规律而且还经常饮酒，平常他吃饭很快，每次打完饭，大家才刚吃了几口，他就吃饱了。

朋友跟他说这样吃饭对身体不好，但小楠笑着说：“吃饱就行了，我可没那么矫情。”朋友便不再多言。

小楠吃饭没有丝毫规律，不论什么时候只要感觉有饥饿的感觉，就会随便吃一点。

有一次和朋友聚会，喝酒喝多了，当天晚上没有吐酒，第二天才有反应，这让小楠感觉非常不舒服。

做完检查后，医生说：“小伙子，你的身体已经开始抗议了，如果你不想有更糟的后果，那么从今以后你一定要好好吃饭。”

医生说完后，小楠努力的点了点头，每个人都说要按时吃饭，但有多少人能做到呢？

其实，身体对每个人都是公平的，你认真对待它，那么它会助你登上事业的巅峰，如果你不认真，那么它会让你跌入生活的万丈深渊。

我们的胃已经垮了，请学会善待它吧。只有活着才会有后面的无数辉煌，如果健康没有了，一切还不都是零，只是道理我们都懂，但就是不做，真是痛心啊。

经常熬夜，睡眠质量不好

我以前一直觉得年轻，熬夜没什么大不了的，只是第二天有点没精神而已。

前几天在微博上看到一个20多岁姑娘的分享的经历，我才知道：熬夜是会死人的。

这是一个爱玩爱熬夜却不爱运动的姑娘，她几乎每天都睡很晚，那天她熬夜到一点多，睡到第二天起来时，突然就发现自己不对劲。

先是感觉脖子剧痛，不到三秒钟，后脑勺突然间像针扎一样一阵阵痛，伴随而来的是后脑内部一阵暖意。

但是那个时候痛感不是很明显，身上突然开始出冷汗，一层一层的出，短短几秒，手臂上的汗竟然滴在地板上。

尚在意识清醒的时候，她赶紧打电话叫了救护车，一路住进重症监护室，下了病危通知，父母都做了最坏的打算。

好在她只是脑内多处毛细血管出血，主血管暂时没有危险，躺了九天之后，慢慢清醒过来。

庆幸的是，姑娘再跟死神赛跑的时候赢了，通过这次她也应该知道熬夜对健康有多大的危害了。

熬夜的坏处非常大，它会让人的交感神经兴奋得时间延长，得不到合理休息，最终会让人在调节情绪时变得不理智，让人变得脾气暴躁，还容易抑郁。

网上看到一段话，深以为然：

每天睡眠不足六个小时，就相当于天天酗酒，时间长了会习惯性头痛。每天睡眠不足五个小时的人，得心脏病的概率会增加40%。

长期熬夜的人，肝脏无法充分排毒，全身的代谢都会受到影响，患癌的几率大大增加……

不运动，各方面压力巨大

朋友小秦是个房产策划师。熟知这一行的人都知道，他工作压力非常大，每次不是谈合作就是在工地上奔波，生活节奏非常快。

有一次，我们一起吃饭，我打趣道：“你们这工作会让时间变快吗？”他看了我一眼说：“别取笑我了，你直接说我老了呗。”

平心而论，小秦确实“老”了，皮肤黝黑，头上也添了很多白发，精气神看上去也不旺盛，30多岁的人看上去仿佛老了十多岁。

小秦跟我说自己压力很大，老是感觉时间不够用，公司经常加班，每次做策划案的时候脑袋会莫名的疼痛，我劝他去医院检查下。小秦说：“真没时间啊。”

不仅如此，小秦也不爱运动，他竟然在最合适的时间把自己变成了一个胖子，说起不运动的原因还是自己没时间。

后来，小秦的脑袋越来越疼，最后只好请假去医院做检查，好在检查结果还不错。

医生告诉他千万不要让自己压力过大，否则器官会发生病变的，不仅如此还要多运动，这样才会让身体更健康。

大多数人都是这样，道理听了千万遍但就是不重视。当健康问题降临到自己头上时，他们才知道健康的重要性，才知道自己犯了一个多么傻的错误。

人生真的很短，如果健康没了，一切都是徒劳的，如果你还有不良的生活习惯，那么一定要戒掉，因为这对你来说是致命的打击。
