日前有外媒曝光了一份名为“通过确保我们移民法促进问责和责任保护纳税人资源”（Protecting Taxpayer Resources by Ensuring Our Immigration Laws Promote Accountability and Responsibility）的行政命令草案，虽然白宫还没有确定它的真实性，但是川普一旦签署该行政命令，将大大冲击申请绿卡者及在美国依赖政府福利维生的合法移民。

曝光的草案包含以下内容：

1）拒绝可能成为公共负担的外国人进入美国；

2）确认在美国境内构成公共负担的外国人，并尽早将之驱逐出境；

3）如果移民接受政府救济，应要求该移民的赞助者（美国公民）支付联邦政府公共福利支出成本。



简单来说，一切想占美国便宜的移民在川普眼里都是“蛀虫”。无论上面的草案是否真实，有一点可以肯定，如果你被认定为有可能成为美国政府的“负担”，没入境的将面临被拒签，已经入境的则面临被遣返，尤其是一直以来耍小聪明靠美国福利生活的移民，已经成为川普政府驱逐的主要目标。


纽约已经“行动起来”了

目前，纽约市已经进一步缩紧粮食券(SNAP)领取资格。市人力资源管理局(HRA)公布新规，今年4月1日起曼哈顿与皇后区将有大批成年人不得再领粮食券。

住在皇后区(第12社区委员会范围除外)与曼哈顿西110街或东96街以南，身体健全能工作的成人(ABAWD)将在4月1日起失去领取粮食券资格。若是18至49岁丶可以每月工作80小时丶没有怀孕丶没有与18岁以下小孩共住丶没有连续三个月每月最少工作80小时，凡符合以上全部五项者，将不得再领粮食券；若还想续领，就必须每月工作至少80小时丶参加HRA的就业培训课，以及接受HRA指定的替代工作。不受影响者包括残疾人士丶孕妇丶有身心障碍者丶60岁以上需看护老人或残疾者丶参加就业培训或学校训练课程。

总而言之，川普就是想告诉大家：自己动手丰衣足食！

想去美国的华人：
最近的美国签证已经收紧，想要去美国旅游或者有其他原因的华人，在面签之前一定做好充分的准备，各种能够证明国内财产丶经济实力的文件最好都准备齐全；有理有据地向签证官传达你并不想留在美国，并且能够承担此次赴美的各项费用，不会占用美国的福利。
