Position: Loan Processor
Job description:
. Collect financial documents and credit applications
. Review and analyze applicants' credit worthiness and financial strength
. Order and tracking Appraisal, EPA, Title, Flood, etc.
. Prepare closing documents and coordinate closings
. File, organize and complete credit files
. Complete internal reviews and renewal/modifications for existing loans
Job Requirements: bachelor degree in finance/accounting, bilingual in English and Chinese, strong Microsoft Excel skill, self-starter and quick learner, can work independently and a good team player, banking/lending work experience is preferred.
