（一）可以选择直接申请硕士。这种情况比较适合学生在临近毕业时间被开的除情况下选择。直接申请硕士院校就读，学生能够继续获得就读机会，学生选择更为简单或者适合自己的专业进行学习，拿到学位完成认证，并且很多硕士院校的申请通道也都持续开放，抓紧时间申请能够赶上最早的开学季。

（二）可以选择转学或者重读。这种方式适用于学生在就读大一阶段的时候遇到挂科太多被开除的情况，学生在国外学习的基础没有打牢，贸然选择直接念硕士难免会出现不适应学业压力导致依旧不能顺利完成硕士学业的情况。如果能接受多花一些时间，这也是一种可选择的方式。
