【失业金】失业金周数用尽，不能认证，看这里！

2/12/2021更新：



刚刚跟失业局通过电话，现在周数用尽的，并且已经拿到钱的如下：

1. 所有的PUA

2. UI，符合EB资格的，现在已经自动转到PEUC，继续领钱

3. UI, 不符合EB资格，但是PEUC一直没用完（上周之前没用完），PEUC的11周直接加了上去，可以继续领钱

无法拿到钱的如下：
1. UI ,不符合EB资格，PEUC在上周之前用完了，还在等待更新，无法领钱

2. UI ,符合EB资格，EB在上周之前已经完了，还在等待更新，无法领钱



关于领不到钱的，失业局的supervisor跟我说，大概等1-2周系统更新，所以预计3月份之前，应该都能拿到钱！
（是否符合EB资格，不要再问我了，下面的视频好好看一看！谢谢！）

好消息！！好消息！！一下是失业局原文！ “The new Continued Assistance Act signed into law December 27, 2020 requires claimants to provide employment evidence. Tax documents can be used to meet this requirement and do not need to be re-submitted if previously provided. Notices will be sent to those who need to provide employment evidence documentation. Failure to provide employment evidence will result in denial of benefits. This law also provides 11 additional weeks for PEUC and PUA, beginning the week of December 27, 2020. If you applied for and received PUA benefits after you exhausted PEUC, you will be required to stop collecting benefits under PUA and continue receiving the additional 11 weeks of PEUC. You will receive a notice with additional instructions. If you exhausted PUA prior to December 26, 2020, you are eligible to receive additional weeks of PUA beginning the week of December 27, 2020. You are not eligible to receive benefits for the weeks after you exhausted through December 26, 2020; however, you must certify for those weeks you are not eligible for in order to certify for eligible weeks beginning with the week of December 27, 2020.” 额外的11周终于来了！！如果你是在12月27日之前耗尽的 39周 那么 你耗尽那一刻 到12月27日之间的钱是不能补的！但是12月27日之后耗尽的，都会补上！马上就会更新！

2020年12月26日开始，陆续发放，W2 如果发现认证只有一周到账，或者突然不到账的，可以去查看我的视频讲解原因！PUA也是一样的！
