Winit America Inc is a global e-commerce order fulfillment company to provide prompt service to eBay sellers. We are currently seeking for a qualified supervisor for fulfillment center located in Hebron KY with the following qualifications: Key Responsibilities:
1. The Inbound Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the outbound department. Responsibilities include staffing, training, safety, scheduling, receiving, put-away, replenishment, RMA, inventory and loss prevention.
2. The Inbound Supervisor is a role model and leader and must solve problems, make informed decisions and manage the department wisely in order to achieve maximum results.
3. Responsible for hiring, training and managing the performance of Inbound Department members.
4. Train, coach and manage all inbound associates in all policies and procedures of the company.
5. Maintain employee shift schedules and approve employee vacation requests. Monitor and review time clock entries pertaining to payroll, breaks and lunches
6. Create and monitor continuous process improvement of the inbound operations.
7. Establish and maintain metrics for department and provide frequent communication and feedback to team members 8. Maintain an orderly and neat inbound areas.
9. Help solve problems and make informed decisions that affect the service, and productivity of the outbound departments
10. Communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide instructions to all Associates.
11. Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
12. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Benefit:
Annual salary 60,000USD~70, 000USD depends on experiences.
Job requirement:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree and bilingual required (English and Mandarin or Cantonese)
2. Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills required
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Oracle required
4. Knowledge of and experience with all outbound functions, packaging materials
5. Strong organizational
6. Chinese American or Chinese with green card

岗位要求：
1.学士学位和双语（英语、普通话或粤语）
2.至少3年的监督经验或证明需要的监督技能
3.精通微软Outlook、Word、Excel和甲骨文
4.所有仓库功能、包装材料的知识和经验
5.较强的组织和时间管理技能
6. 强有力而有效的沟通技巧，包括口头和书面技巧
7. 能够遵循和发出口头和书面指示，并指导他人的工作以满足公司需求
8.能够在压力下工作良好，在快节奏的环境中处理多个不断变化的最后期限
