Unused license fee should be paid by Amex already. U could call Amex and ask about the detail report on the payment of this claim. For the value of total loss vehicle, it's unreasonable to pay the new vehicle price. U should check the legislation or hire an attorney.

不客气，那个app有点问题，只能回英文，很囧。。。希望你能讨回说法，加油。。。像一般保险公司在一次事故中如果车子total loss，给赔的价格是，车子market value估价，车子注册地的购买税，上牌照的部分费用，所以你要问amex要一下那个赔偿的appraisal report，看一下这三部分哪个没有赔，可以继续问amex要
