带着新鲜感和好奇心，楼主今天第一次来到了久闻其声的经典中餐馆——麻辣东村。之前每次和朋友们聊到曼哈顿代表性的中餐馆，这家位于热闹的东村，坐落在第二大道和6街上，已经开了六年的老中餐一定会进前三甲。作为地道四川人的楼主今天一定要好好尝尝这“麻辣东村”到底麻不麻辣，安不安逸！


  




来看看门口的装饰，颜色鲜艳，简单但不粗暴的中英文名字，保证你走过两条街都能找到。


  



  



再来看看店里的装修，餐桌的摆放很美式，合理利用了空间又不显得狭窄。


  




墙上的装饰是在开店之初专门请设计师设计的具有典型纽约风格的涂鸦和时尚的装饰画，每一处细节都告诉着食客“This isNew York.”


  




刚落座，服务员小哥热情地迎上来，端来了冰镇饮料和水。


不得不说，上菜速度是真的快！主厨师傅听着我的四川口音，出来打了个招呼，就一头扎进厨房了，感觉那熟悉的乡音还没落，香喷喷的菜就上桌了。


  


香辣蟹
这道菜选用的是石头蟹，肉非常多，很饱满，豆瓣香辣酱料和辣椒的味道相得益彰。香辣蟹其实特别难入味，很多餐馆做此菜连味道都挂不上壳。但这道菜的精髓就在于，师傅能把味道留在蟹壳上，靠着牙齿咬碎蟹壳的那一瞬，把蟹壳上的佐料剥离下来沾到肉上一起吃，回味无穷。


  




  


（新品）烤羊腿儿
羊腿也是新菜，羊肉不仅没有腥味，而且非常容易就从骨头上剥离了。烧烤的火候也掌握得非常好，外皮略微的酥脆，内里的肉质又很鲜嫩且入味，喜欢烧烤的盆友一定要点来尝尝！


  




  


大盘鸡
大盘鸡的酱汁里略有一丝甜味，恰到好处地把咸香味给承托出来。同时店家在鸡肉的选材上也是非常讲究的，都是肉量很足的大块鸡肉，而且是提前炖了8个小时！！鸡肉的口感软糯，不柴也不卡牙，咀嚼的时候能感觉到浓缩在鸡肉纤维中的汤汁迸发而出，满嘴飘香！汤料下面的宽面也是柔韧入味，蘸着汤汁，吸入嘴中，真的是唯美食不可辜负啊！


  


毛血旺
店家用的是猪血，微硬但是非常香。里面的配菜非常丰富，各种猪肚牛肚，豆腐豆芽。所有的料在滚红的辣椒汤里面，看着就流口水啦！


  


（新品）杂粮浓汤
这道菜要重点推荐！超级好吃不后悔！店家选用红豆、鹰嘴豆、白豆、蛋黄、蔬菜等多种食材熬制的这道浓汤，口感尝起来是浓米粥，不是那种稀稀的米汤，所以吃了特别饱腹但是却超级健(jian)康(fei)，不长胖！尤其是鹰嘴豆，很多老美在沙拉时比放的东西，因为降血压、降血脂、减脂肪等等各种好处。再加上咸蛋黄的香味提鲜，并配以几块脆脆的锅巴，整道汤简直天衣无缝。


  
（新品）蒸鱼
新鲜的側鱼清蒸后淋上香浓的酱汁制成。对你没有看错，这鱼看起来非常像红烧的，但是由于厨师选择了用清蒸的方式，最大限度保留了鱼肉本身的清香，再淋上有豆瓣、豆豉的酱汁，又满足了不同食客的口腹之欲。不过鱼的种类也可以根据客人的具体要求来定制哦。


  


烤脑花
这道菜是楼主作为四川人在异国他乡最想念的一道菜！！能做这道菜的餐馆实在是太（mei）少 (you)。 一是因为脑花难买，能吃的食客比较少；二是太难做了，一掌握不好，脑花的腥味去不掉，整个口感就破坏了。但是今天楼主吃到烤脑花的时候简直快泪目了好吗！简直太！好！吃！口感新鲜嫩软，而且十分入味，甚至脑花中间的部分都很有味道，一点腥味都没有！调料里泡椒、泡豇豆等材料，又再一次把这个味道提升到川菜的精华！ 整个菜端上来，没几分钟就分没了，连两个从不吃脑花的妹子都大快朵颐，停不下来。
