美国中文网据CNBC报道 中国商务部周四表示，中国和美国已经制定了1月份进行面对面贸易磋商的计划，表明世界上两个最大的经济体正在加紧努力解决长达数月的贸易战。

商务部新闻发言人高峰告诉记者，通过“密集”电话进行的磋商将继续进行，并补充说，尽管美国圣诞节休假，谈判仍在稳步推进。
当被问及贸易谈判取得进展时，高说，“即使美国方面正处于圣诞假期，中美经贸团队仍在密切沟通，磋商正按计划有条不紊地进行。”
对于有媒体报道1月7日美国贸易代表团或将访问北京，高没有直接给与评论。
“除了继续进行密集的电话磋商之外，双方确实有1月份将进行面对面磋商的具体安排，”他说，但没有详细说明。
最近几周，美国和中国官员通过电话保持密集沟通，但下个月的会议将是美国总统川普于12月1日在布宜诺斯艾利斯会见中国国家主席习近平以来，双方高官的第一次面对面会谈。
负面清单
中国表示将从1月1日开始对美国制造的汽车和汽车零部件暂停征收3个月的额外关税，并希望双方能加快谈判，以便取消对美其它所有商品的额外关税。
据彭博社周三报道，据两位知情人士透露，一美国贸易团队将于1月7日前往北京与中国官员举行会谈。也有知情人士上周告诉路透社，谈判可能在1月初举行。
在另一个和解标志中，中国周二发布了一份《市场准入负面清单》，该名单规定了投资者（国内或国外）受到限制或禁止的行业。
这份清单的出台被视为解决西方投资者关注的问题，即在中国的外国公司得不到公平竞争的环境。在这份清单上，对中国关键行业进行投资仍然是被禁止的。
投资法草案
周三，中国公布了外商投资法草案，以征求公众意见。其中，中国提出禁止强迫技术转让和政府非法“干涉”外国公司商业活动，这些做法在贸易战期间受到广泛关注。
虽然中国经常否认参与此类行为的指控，但它已承诺改善外国投资者的市场准入，在面临越来越多的投诉和下降的外国投资的情况下，承诺更好地保护外国竞争者的权利。
该法律草案强调互惠的态度，表示中国将保留以“相应措施”对歧视中国投资的国家进行报复的权利。该草案可能会在提交给中国立法机构正式批准之前经过几次审阅，这可能还需要一年或更长时间。
双边贸易谈判也存在一些不确定因素，尤其是最近应美国方面的要求，加拿大逮捕了中国技术巨头华为的首席财务官孟晚舟。美国检察官指责孟晚舟误导跨国银行进行了涉及与伊朗有关的交易，使银行面临违反美国制裁法规的风险。孟晚舟表示自己无罪。
