我想买一个condo, 但是这个condo 有如下的法律问题,请问,我还要买这个condo 么,

Details/Orders:
The condo association appeared by counsel and its property manager.
The association is collecting assessments and has $25,000 to $30,000 to make necessary porch repairs.
However, an old stop work order from the City is holding things up.
The City is concerned that things are taking too long, and was granted leave to file its motion to deconvert
the building from condos to an apartment building. All defendants were granted 21 days to reply.
The next court date is January 13, 2014 at 9:30 in courtroom 1109.
There is an issue with illegal basement apartments.
The condo association is considering duplexing the basement apartments with the first floor apartment
(like this apartment) which will affect the client's interest in the property and may cause additional
assessments to be levied.
