This job is to be performed by a Senior Network, Server and Desktop Support Associate. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take on this job include, but not limit to:

Manages and administers various desktop operating systems;
l
Manages and administers local configurations and utilities associated with desktop environment; l
Utilizes remote management tools and utilities to diagnose and resolve desktop problems; l
Performs proactive server monitoring for the desktop environment;
l
Performs Root Cause Analysis to identify and prevent operational problems;
l
Coordinates the installation of equipment and software necessary to meet the clients? |
