General Bookkeeping 
Desired Qualifications: Candidate should have an Associate's degree in accounting or business administration or equivalent business experience, as well as a knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles. Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software. 
 
Principal Accountabilities: 
 
 
 
Maintain daily communication with HQ regarding all accounting needs 
 
Daily monitoring of A/R 
 
Process daily credit card payments from clients submitting orders 
 
Issue invoices to customers 
 
Ensure that receivables are collected promptly 
 
Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy 
 
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system 
 
Comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements 
 
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested 
 
Issue financial activity reports as required by management 
 
Proficient with Excel and Word 
 
Communicate with customers regarding question or issues with invoicing or payments 
 
Ability to liaise between customers and customer service team 
 
Ability to work well independently and as a team 
 
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time  
Required Experience: Minimum 2 years Bookkeeping experience. 
Language Requirement: English & Mandarin Chinese
