Job Description:
? Maintains contact with existing customers as well as develop new customers;
? Resolves customer complaints or questions by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management;
? Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks;
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
? Prepare and give presentations to explain the company’s products, service, and strategies;
? The company provides OPT internship opportunities and can sponsor H-1B visa.

Qualifications:
? Master or PhD degree in immunology, antibody engineering, cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, protein crystallization, and other relevant fields;
? PhD degree with 1-3 years post-doctoral experience preferred;
? 1-3 years of relevant industry experience (biotech, pharmaceutical) preferred;
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, must speak both Chinese/Mandarin and English;
? Excited to work in a hyper-growth company;
? Extremely motivated and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, and hard-working team;
? Committed and enthusiastic about the company’s mission and programs;
? Resourceful and flexible;
? Adept at planning, prioritizing, multi-tasking, organizing and following through, while remaining highly energetic and focused;
? Straightforward, self-motivated, and trustworthy;
? Energetic and willing to work hands-on in developing and executing a variety of activities;
? Excellent organizational and time management skills
