1、脾胃虚弱的人慎食：蒲公英性寒，脾胃不好的人切不可喝凉的蒲公英泡水，或是生吃，很可能会导致腹泻的发生。

2、蒲公英过敏的人慎食：有些人接触蒲公英后会出现皮肤发红、发痒等过敏反应，这类人最好不要食用蒲公英，避免出现不良症状的发生。
