留学本科期间学分不够不止可以选择延期毕业

在英国留学就读本科阶段的学生不免会有学分的担心。英国苏格兰地区本科四年制，除此之外都是三年制，但都有一个学分要求。以绝大部分三年制本科院校为例，三年的学分要求360个，一年需要修满120个学分。如果低于这个学分，或者院校的要求，学生就无法进入下一阶段的学习。

遇到过一个学生，大一的课程连续两学期全挂，学校先是警告了学生，不准进入大二学习，同时给了学生一次重修的机会，但学生重修第一学期的时候依旧出现了挂科的情况，故此收到了学校开除通知。虽然这个情况较为极端，但依旧可以作为一个案例参考一下。如果学生在就读本科期间因为学分问题不能进入下一阶段学习，甚至被开除，还能怎么办？

【办法一】申诉继续就读，延期毕业

如果收到了停学或者开除的处分，可以考虑申诉。最好是有明确的客观因素影响自己学业，更能获得降低处分的机会，为自己争取一次继续就读的机会。

【办法二】重新申请本科就读

如果学生就读的专业确实是不自己不喜欢的，即便延期，可能也无法完成学业，可以考虑换专业就读，在同校进行申请；或者考虑换院校重新申请本科就读。

【办法三】跨本申硕

如果学生觉得重新申请本科就读，或者换专业就读的时间耗费很大，本科毕业之后年龄很大，不想耽误时间，可以考虑跨本申硕，也就是绕过本科学位的问题，直接申请硕士院校就读，尽快在更短的时间里面完成更高的学位。
