【Business Analyst】  
* Analyzes, verifies, tracks and reports on the preparation, analysis, maintenance and interpretation of statistical operational performance and business data.  
* Coordinates monthly statistical reports, reviews and performs analyses to assist in monitoring service line performance.  
* Assesses financial and operational reports (monthly budget reports, internal departmental reports, average length of stay reports, physician reports) and performs relevant analyses.  
* Assists in the development of short and long term action plans including but not limited to goals and objectives, resource requirements, and completion schedules for assigned projects.  
* Develops standardized data collection, uses benchmark data and reports across system hospitals.  
* Develops computerized databases; supports operational initiatives and program development.  
* Supports the development and presentation of annual budgets.  
  
【Marketing Strategist】  
* Build, implement and maintain integrated client media plans that deliver against client goals  
* Create insightful client facing media plans, in conjunction with the MD/AMD and channel team membersActively participate in the planning, buying and campaign execution process and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.  
* Pull audience and data insights with regard to planning and optimizing media buys.  
* Analyze new opportunities and provide guidance.  
* Create internal and client facing POVs on media opportunities.  
* Work with MD/AMD and cross-functional teams to ensure media is driving to goals.  
* Ensure campaign pacing and frequency is on track.
