美国留学生协会联盟在洛杉矶圣盖博希尔顿酒店正式成立，经江苏、浙江、山东、北京、上海等12个中国留学生协会代表、美国留学生协会联盟顾问委员会全体成员推荐下，吴宇宙成为美国留学生协会联盟第一届主席；周圣豪、郭紫悦为副主席；王浩舒、柴梓琳、江涟漪为常务委员。核桃市市议员伍立伦、蒙特利公园市市议员林达坚、圣盖博市市议员廖钦和、洛杉矶郡郡长巴格助理吴忠国、易咨范信誉生态科技公司董事长李树棠、北美区总裁刘晓影等出席成立仪式。成立仪式由吴宇宙、郭紫悦主持。美国留学生协会联盟于2018年开始筹备，正式成立第一个省留学生协会，并于2019年在美国洛杉矶正式成立。联盟致力于团结各省来美留学生，打通美国留学生社交网络，为来美留学生打造更加紧密高端的社交平台。联盟将整合各种各样的资源，帮助留学生们解决学习和工作上遇到的困难，更好地适应美国的生活。美国留学生协会联盟受到各级政府和组织机构的大力支持，将继续举办各类知识竞赛与干货讲座，及摄影、桌球、绘画、美妆等竞赛，丰富留学生课余生活。未来，美国留学生协会联盟将成立更多省市乃至其他族裔留学生协会。为留学生搭建中美之间的桥梁，团结留美学子，造福海外华人。
