- Match vendors’ invoices with purchase order and bill of lading.
- Pay different vendors according to different payment terms.
- Operating expenses payment.
- Monthly bank reconciliation and paperwork filing.
- Assist Finance Manager with Month-end closing.
- Associate's degree or above; Relevant experience preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented and flexible.
