We are currently under a one year lease term and relocating to downtown. Would like to sublease the remaining period of our lease to someone working or studying at West Suburbs. The apartment has huge windows, beautiful view and over 1,200 sqft. 3 minutes to I90. You may choose one bedroom or two from now to August 31, 2017. We are trying to mitigate our loss so you don't need to pay the whole rent, we'll only charge you a portion.
