美国华人联合会（UCA）伊州分会是全美非盈利性美国华人联合会的一个重要分支，旨在将伊利诺伊州不同地区的美国华人联系起来，通过鼓励志愿服务，实现、丰富文化遗产和精神力量，实现并激励多样化的中美社区，共同合作，实现共同目标和利益。


工作职位：Fundraising Volunteer （资金筹集专员）            ** Possible Permanent Employment **

工作地点：芝加哥

主要工作内容：
协助财务主管，为联合会及各项活动寻找投资者募捐者，建立并维护与社区投资商和个人投资者的联系，增加投资者在不同活动中的参与性。


其他工作内容：
1. Compile or develop funding materials, such as fundraising envelopes, bid sheets, event flyers, or gift bags.
2. Develop strategies to encourage new or increased contributions.
3. Advocate for UCA and recruit sponsors, participants, or volunteers for fundraising events.
4. Assist the Treasurer and coordinate with other volunteer staff members。
5. Secure commitments of participation or donation from individuals or corporate donors.  
6. Learning the business aspect of running a non-profit campaign.

职位要求：
1. Experience in volunteer management or fundraising activities preferred.
2. Commitment and desire to make a difference with their non-profit work in the community.
2. Good communications skills, both oral and written are essential (including some public speaking).
3. Positive and energetic personality.
4. Team player with a desire to help other succeed.
