We are an established IT sales, service andsupport organization focused on providing complete end to end IT solutions forbusinesses of all sizes. We are seeking a skilled and experienced ITprofessional to provide remote and on-site IT services to our clients. Prioremployment with an IT services company is highly desired.
This is part-time start position. We cansponsor H1-B visa to qualified candidate. Welcome college student apply thisposition.


The successful candidate must havefollowing Skills and Qualifications:
? Windows 7/Windows8 installation,configuration and troubleshooting
? Basic understanding of Active Directoryconcepts including users and groups, NTFS and share permissions, and grouppolicy
? Basic understanding of file and print andnetwork services
? Basic understanding of various backup andrestore procedures
? Basic understanding of WAN and LANtechnologies


Other Considerations
? Candidate must display a positiveattitude and be excited about and willing to consistently provide top notchcustomer service to a large number of external customers.
? Candidate must be a self starter that isable work independently when necessary.
? Candidate is a person that takesownership of tasks and follows through to ensure complete resolution.
? Candidate takes a personal interest in,and responsibility for, quality of work they perform or are associated with ora part of.
? Candidate has the ability to quicklylearn new technologies via both self study and through training.
? Candidate must be willing to work afterhours and weekends when necessary to perform administrative tasks or resolvesystem issues.
