　　暑假即将开始之际，记者采访了美国联邦最高法院出庭律师张军，根据他近年来受理的中国学生赴美夏令营相关法律纠纷案例，梳理出以下注意事项：
　　【Ｂ签证就行】
　　一些家长送孩子参加赴美夏令营以游学为目的，希望孩子在为期２到３周的夏令营期间了解美国学校环境和学习情况，为今后留学做准备。
　　张军建议，这种短期游学无需使用交流访问学者签证（Ｊ签证），家长为孩子申请旅游签证（Ｂ签证）即可。
　　按照美国相关规定，持Ｊ签证者在签证期满后需回国两年或申请豁免，才可重新申请美国其他类型签证。以这种签证赴美参加夏令营，学生可能今后两年内无法再次入境美国。
　　【保险防万一】
　　张军建议家长，在孩子出行前为其买好必要的旅游保险，以防万一。
　　他说，“美国看病贵”，游客如果没有参加保险，一旦因为生病或遭遇交通事故而需要就医，费用通常比较高。
　　另外，对出行期间遭遇灾难等极端情况，旅游保险能够提供一定保障。
　　【接待存差异】
　　就家长最为关心的旅行安全问题，张军建议，家长选择正规的中介机构，并且在与中介签订合同时仔细核对合同中规定的服务内容，尤其要细致了解孩子到美国后的接待方情况。
　　据张军了解，参加夏令营的学生在美国住宿方式主要有两种：集体住酒店和分散寄宿当地家庭。前一种情况下，部分接待方出于成本考虑，可能安排学生入住地处“边缘地带”丶周边治安欠佳的酒店，家长需提前了解酒店情况并提醒孩子提高警惕。
　　后一种情况下，各寄宿家庭在家庭成员构成丶族裔丶以往接待外国学生经验等方面存在差异，家长选择前要充分了解。
　　【线路有讲究】
　　纵观目前市面上形形色色的赴美夏令营项目，不乏“东西海岸”丶“Ｎ大名城”等字眼。但仔细想想，美国那么大，要在短时间内横跨东西海岸或“深度探访”数座城市，行程想来挺紧。
　　这一点得到张军证实。他说，美国东西向地域跨度大，从西部洛杉矶到东部纽约，乘飞机直飞需要大约５小时，如果需中转则耗时更长。一些夏令营的线路设计不够合理，可能导致“日程很紧，但孩子很多时间花在路上”。
　　【准备细节多】
　　多数赴美夏令营项目招收对象是十几岁的学生。这些还在读中学甚至小学的孩子走出国门，最让家长挂心的除了安全，还有孩子能不能适应环境丶有所收获。在张军看来，家长事先充分准备有助孩子更快适应陌生环境。比如，培养孩子的生活自理能力丶提高外语交流能力等。
　　家长的准备还需包含“很多细节”。张军举例说，美国地域广大，各地气候不一：同在夏季，西部酷热，南部多飓风，东部湿热易中暑。家长应详细了解夏令营目的地的天气状况，为孩子准备日常必备药品等。
　　此外，家长应提醒孩子尊重美国当地的生活习惯和法律法规，如乘坐公共交通工具时听从指挥丶过马路时遵守交通规则等。
